Students will focus on the First Amendment to discover how the Bill of Rights protects people’s rights and freedoms. Students will learn about the importance of rights and explore how they can exercise them. Students will also analyze primary sources to identify the appropriate right/freedom(s) represented in historical examples.

After registering, you will receive the Zoom connection information via email the day before the event. Participants’ cameras and microphones will be off and participant comments will be shared only with presenters to ensure a student-friendly environment. Registration will close 24 hours before each event.
